Oat Extract

Oat Extract possesses excellent moisturizing and humectant properties, and it acts as a natural antioxidant. In bath products, oat extract helps soothe irritated or chafed skin. In hair care products, it helps condition and improve manageability. This extract can be used in clear formulations such as shampoos, body gels and bubble baths. It can also be used in creams, lotions, soaps and bath salts. Oat extract blends well into the water phase of a formulation with gentle stirring at ambient temperatures.

Oat extract includes 49.8% Water extract of Avena Sativa, 49.8% Glycerin and .40% Phenoxyethanol.
